1. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We have an established merchant account with PayPal and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover both domestically and internationally.

2. Do you handle projects outside of the US?
Yes, we handle projects worldwide.

3. Do you charge for a price quote?
No! There will never be a fee to obtain a price quote from Perfected Pen.

4. What are your fees?
Every project is different therefore, fees and payment structures vary. You can be assured that we will always offer reasonable rates for quality service. Please complete the Price Quote Request form.

5. At what point in the project is payment due?
Normally, we request 50% up front and 50% upon completion, however since projects do vary, this may be adjusted.

6. What languages does Perfected Pen represent?
At this time, we are only able to perform work in English.

7. Is there a referral program?
Yes! For each referral that you make to Perfected Pen which results in a paid-in-full project, we will give you $20 USD. This program is unlimited, so the more businesses and individuals that you refer, the more money you will make!!
**The name of the person who referred you must be made available at the time of price quote request in order for referral to be valid.**

8. Are there any discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount to all non-profits. (Please specify
your non-profit status in your price quote request.) Perfected
Pen has been volunteering and raising money for non-profit organizations for over a decade. We continue to support
their causes.
